Officiating Courses
Curl BC is excited to be hosting 2 in-person officiating courses this fall. Thank you to Vancouver Curling Club, Marpole Curling Club and the Kelowna Curling Club for hosting us.
The course fee for the in-person course will cost $40 plus GST each and will include the exam written component.
Time Clock Operator/Observer (previously level 1)
November 30, 8am – 4pm – Kelowna Curling Club
You can still choose to do the officiating course online and complete the exam though the Curl BC website.

We provide training, development, and mentorship opportunities for individuals interested in officiating. Officials are very important for the successful staging of competitive and championship events.

- Time Clock Operator / Observer (Previously Level 1)
- Game Umpire (Previously Level 2)
- Level 3 Umpire (Chief Umpire)
- Level 4 National Game Umpire, Deputy Chief Umpire & Chief Umpire
- Level 5 Umpire – National Chief Umpire
