Deadline to register for 55+ BC Games

June 21, 2019

Registration will be closing at the end of June for the Kelowna 2019 55+ BC Games. Avoid disappointment, register soon!

The 55+ BC Games is an annual multi-sport experience for participants over 55 years of age. The 2019 Games are being graciously hosted by the city of Kelowna from September 10-14. The event attracts over 3,500 athletes over the 5-day event. With 32 sports being offered this year, the Kelowna Games are poised to be a truly incredible experience. We are all aware of the incredible hospitality of the people in the Okanagan and the wonderful dining and entertainment opportunities in Kelowna. In addition to good competition, participants are welcome to enjoy community and social events including a dance and, of course, the official opening and closing ceremony.

The Ice Curling and Sturling (stick curling) events at the Kelowna 2019 55+ BC Games will be taking place at the Kelowna Curling Club, with the competition taking place on September 11th – 14th. Sturling is a new Sport at our Games and we are very excited by the number of early registrations. There should be good competition in both Sports.

Registration for the Games is coordinated by a local Zone Sport Coordinator. A list of Sport Coordinators can be found on the 55+ BC Games website on the Ice Curling or Sturling Sport information page – https://www.55plusbcgames.org/sports/ice-curling/ or https://www.55plusbcgames.org/sports/sturling/.
