Two BC events are accepting applications for their Future Stars programs.

The New Holland Canadian Juniors Future Stars and World Women’s Curling Championship Future Stars programs provide young champions of the future the opportunity to experience a taste of competitive curling at its very best and meet with the biggest names in the sport.

The Canadian Juniors take place in Langley from January 18-26, 2020 and the World Women’s take place in Prince George from March 14-22, 2020.

Those chosen for the Langley event become honorary members of one of the teams and receive:

• A commemorative Future Stars backpack and broom;
• A ticket to a draw when their team is playing, plus 2 draw tickets for parents/guardians;
• An official photograph with the team; and
• An official 2020 New Holland Canadian Juniors event pin.

Entry deadline for Langley is November 30, 2019.

Those chosen for the Prince George event become honorary members of one of the teams competing in the championship and receive:

• A commemorative Future Stars jacket;
• A ticket for you and 3 guests to one of the team’s round robin draws;
• An official photograph with the team; and
• Arena entrance and introduction with the team at a pre-game ceremony.

Entry deadline is January 15, 2020.
