As we gear up for the 2024/25 school year, the Vikes is on the lookout for talented curlers to join their Men’s and Women’s teams. They have been competing at the Canada West Championships since 2015, with the Women’s team finishing 1st and 2nd respectively in the past two years.

Competing in the Canada West Championships is just the beginning. UVic will work closely with Curl BC and the Victoria Curling Club to connect the student-led teams with top-notch coaches, ensuring that you receive the training and support you need to succeed.

What can you expect as a member of the UVic Curling Team?

• Regular participation in local super league play
• Opportunities to travel and compete in the Canada West Curling Championships
• The chance to qualify for USports Nationals
• Support from UVic for fundraising efforts
• A vibrant community of fellow athletes, coaches, and supporters cheering you on every step of the way
