2016-17 Schedule of Events
Visit our Playdown Registration Information document for details on registration.
The 12 provincial berths will be awarded as follows:
- Eight berths to five regional events to be prorated based on the number of entries. Regional events must have a minimum of two entries in order to receive a berth.
- Top 2 CTRS Point Winners *
- One berth to the Open Playdown
- Defending Champion – Team Cotter
For the 2017 event, proration for the berths has been calculated as follows:
Region 1&2: 4 entries. 4/21*8 = 1.52 => 1 berth
Region 3,4&7: 2 entries. 2/21*8 = 0.76 => 1 berth
Region 8,9&10: 5 entries. 5/21*8 = 1.90 => 2 berths
Region 11: 10 entries. 10/21*8 = 3.81 => 4 berths
